We reserve the right to modify these terms as the digital market landscape evolves, with changes becoming effective immediately upon posting.
02. Intellectual Property Rights
The "Aegean Market Metrics" name, logo, proprietary algorithms, and specific data metrics visualizations are the exclusive property of Aegean Market Metrics, based in Alsancak, Izmir.
- Reproduction: Insights provided in the Analytics Lab are for internal decision-making and may not be resold or redistributed as a primary service.
All analytical models, including our proprietary Aegean Trend Index, remain under our technical custody. Licensing for specific consultancy projects is handled on a per-contract basis.
03. Usage Boundaries & Reliability
Our goal is to provide the most rigorous business intelligence available. However, due to the volatile nature of global markets, Aegean Market Metrics does not guarantee that our data metrics will be 100% predictive of future outcomes.
